Categories
There are two categories under the ICT Work Permit:
- Executives and Managers (Key Personnel):
- These individuals are crucial to the management and operations of the company.
- Employees with Specialized Knowledge:
- Individuals with proprietary knowledge of the company's products, services, research, equipment, techniques, or management.
Work Experience and Skill Requirements
The transferee typically needs to have a certain level of work experience and expertise relevant to their role
Continuity of Employment
The transferee should have been employed by the foreign company for a specified period, ensuring a genuine and continuous employment relationship.
